Safeguarding Young People & Children

Colac Tigers Football Netball Club is committed to promoting and protecting the safety and wellbeing of children and young people in our care.

We seek to promote and protect the rights of all children in our care and prevent abuse from occurring by fostering a child safe culture. All Victorian Leagues, Clubs & Associations that provide football & netball to children and young people will present environments and experiences that ensure their safety.

Together with our Committee, players, staff, contractors, and volunteers (people), we have the responsibility to:

  • protect Children & Young People in our care from all forms of Child Abuse or Harm; and
  • create and maintain a child safe culture that is clearly understood, communicated, supported, and enacted

If you have any questions, queries, or concerns about a child safety matter at the Colac Tigers Football Netball Club please contact the Club’s Child Safety Officer-
